Refund policy

All products sold by The Posty Bob are digital downloads. No physical products are shipped or delivered.

At The Posty Bob, we take pride in the quality of our digital art products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

All Sales Are Final Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital file has been delivered to you, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is because digital files cannot be "returned" once downloaded.

Exceptions We will gladly resolve the issue at no extra cost if:

• You received a corrupted or unreadable file
• You received the wrong file (different from what you ordered)
• Your download link expired before you could access the file

In any of these cases, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at <a href="mailto:hello@thepostybob.in">hello@thepostybob.in</a>
 with your order number and a description of the issue. We will send you the correct file promptly.

No Refunds For

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incompatibility with your printer or software (please check file specifications before purchasing)
• Colour variations between screen display and printed output (monitor calibration differences are normal)
